The room was clean (and smelled very fresh). all the staff were very friendly. They had great smiles. the resort is very quiet.
The hotel is a bit isolated. You need a taxi to go to town.

inconsistent experience at the hotel.

The room i had REALLY needed some updates, it felt outdated. The bathroom setup was awkward. Water splashed everywhere when showering because of a poorly designed glass shield. also, the lack of a smart TV in a supposed 5-star hotel was a suprise, it only had a VERY old model.

the infinity pool offered a great view. the hotel gym included dumbbells up to 25kg and several cardio machines. i appreciated the elephant sightings daily around 6:45am near the hotel. it added a local charm to my mornings.
i found the location a bit isolated, requiring taxis to reach Patong.

the restaurant's breakfast buffet had good variety, it changed slightly each day, which i appreciated. the restaurant foods were delicious with reasonable price, and the staffs were very helpful. it helped make the mornings enjoyable.

The hotel location is a bit far from everything. I think it needs a deep cleaning. I noticed small broken things and corners were not cleaned in the bathroom, PLUS it was rusted.
